Creating Sections and Categories
Before beginning, I suggest you to login to administrator panel of your website and visit Section, Category Manager pages for a few minutes and try to understand how sections and categories are used.

If you will publish lots of articles in your website, you should create sections, categories and then put articles under proper category.
If you plan to build a website which will have only a few pages, you dont need to create sections and categories. You can set articles as "uncategorized" and link to these articles from main menu.
If you will publish your content under categories and will not use sections, you should again create a section first and put categories under that section.
