How to Build Website with Joomla
In order to build website with Joomla, firstly, we should download Joomla files from the Joomla.org. Click here to download Joomla 1.5.8 version or click here to check whether newer version is available.
Next step is to upload Joomla files into a web server in order to make it ready for installation. If you do not have a web server (or web hosting package) and do not know how to upload it into web server, you can visit Publish Website page to learn.
