Creating Categories and Forums
After you installed phpBB3 and deleted the install folder, a sample category or forum is going to be added automatically on forum. You can modify or delete it and add new categories and forums. I suggest you to modify first category and forum instead of deleting it. Because you can copy forum permissions from the first category. Otherwise, you may need to arrange forum and category settings from the beginning.
